06 Tags

Tags are created for identification purposes, enabling the selection of organisations or players for a particular report. Examples of organisation tags could be ‘Private clubs’, ‘Hardcourt Clubs’, ‘Inter-district players’, players who wish to be placed on a ‘reserve list’, and the like.

06.1 Adding a new Tag

1. Choose the Tags button on the Main Menu.
   
   
2. Then choose the Add button and the cursor will appear in the Tag ID field.
   
   
3. Create a Tag ID and Tag name.
   
   
4. Tag appropriate players on the bottom half of the form
   
   
5. When all details have been entered, choose the left side bar to save your data. The pencil will change to a triangle, indicating saved data .
   
   
6. To close the Tags form, choose the Close button .
