08 Invoicing Menu
The Invoicing menu allows you to invoice players for subscription fees and products they have purchased throughout the year. Invoicing can be done at anytime and for any period. The special batch invoicing facility enables you to bill all current members in one easy operation.
Note: If you do not see Invoicing Tab that means you do not have License to use Tennis PRO!. Contact your administrator or SSW to find out about Licensing.

Invoices: Brings up Player Invoice form. In Player Invoice form you will enter data to invoice a Player.
Batch Invoicing Menu: Brings up Batch Invoicing Menu form. This batch invoicing facility enables you to bill all current members in one easy operation.
Receipts: Brings up Receipts form. You can view past receipts and created new receipt based on an invoice from this form.
qrySummary Invoices By Product for the Year: Brings up result of summary of invoices by product for the year in tabular format. You can view the number of invoices and sell total of the products sold.
qrySummary Invoices By Product For The Year-Detail: Brings up result of summary of invoices by product for the year with player detail in tabular format. You can view the products sold and invoices to players and if it has been paid for or not.
