11 Reports Menu

Reports are an efficient and useful way to access information that Tennis PRO! has generated.

When you choose the Reports tab, you have list of reports to choose from. Choose the relevant tab for the reports you require.

11.1 Options Available

Reports Menu (button): Brings up Reports Menu form. This form contains more than 100 reports under various category.

Select Clubs (Organisations): Brings up Select Organisations form. In this form you can select organisatoins with certain criteria for creating reports.

Mail Merge to Word: Starts Microsoft Word Mail Merge Wizard.

Select Players: Brings up Select Players form. In this form you can select players with certain criteria for creating report.

Select Tournaments: Brings up Select Tournaments form. In this form you can select tournaments with certain criteria for creating report.

Birthday List: Brings up Birthday List form with the list of birthday(s). The Birthday list shows all contacts whose birthdays are due within a specified period.

185. Comp Team Player History: Brings up Comp Team Player History Report form. This form contains steps that you need to create Comp Team Player History Reports.

318. Player Registration Report: Brings up Player Registration Update form. In this form you can generate Player Registration Report Level 1, 2 and 3 form selected year. This report needs up to date information collected prior to printing.

Hot Tip: You can save access reports as 'html' or 'snp' files. Here is an example of a HTML format 173 Comptetion Grade Team Point Detail Average.
