13 Select Clubs (Organisations)

This form is used for selecting clubs (organisations) for reports. It also gives you options on how the data is filtered for these reports.

13.1 Options Available

Selection type: In this option box Select All Organisations option is for selecting all organisations and Select Organisations that meet the following Criteria is for selecting organisations of criteria as specified in the green fields.

Clear All Selection Fields: Click this button to clear all selection fields and to start a new selection.

View Last Selection: Click this button to view last selection or existing selection.

Make New Selection: Click this button to make a new selection. When making a new selection you can either choose Delete Last Selection and Create New Selection to delete last selection and create a completely new selection or Add to Existing Selection to append data to the existing selection.

13.2 Selecting the Clubs (Organisations)

1. Select an option from Selection Type.
   
   
2. Input all required information on the green fields and choose the Make New Selection button to generate the data (as shown below: list of Metropolitan Clubs).
   
   
   
   Note: If you would like to start a new selection, choose the Clear All Selection Fields button and input the required information.
   
   
3. Exit the data sheet and return to the Select Organisations form.
   
   
4. If you came to this from form Reports Menu, Choose the close button to exit the Select Organisations.
