Technical SupportWe would prefer to receive questions by email, Fax, or through the mail, rather than by telephone. This gives you a chance to fully describe the situation, and gives the technical support representatives a chance to work with the problem and develop a solution. This is often faster than talking to a technical support representative in the first place, because in many cases the representative can do little more than take down the information and then adjourn to try to duplicate the problem before devising a work-around or fix. Tennis PRO! Support Support Options We recognise that different customers want different levels of support. To address these needs we offer a variety of support packages ranging from Fax and Email support to higher levels of paid support. Our paid support will ensure that the user can get the existing functionality to perform as expected. Standard Support Standard Support is a service offered to all new clients which covers the installation of software. The first three (3) support calls are free of charge. Telephone Support Telephone Support is an added service extending Standard Support and ensures an issue is resolved as quickly as possible. Telephone Support is charged at $US75.00 per hour in 15 minutes segments. Pre-paid time can be bought in one hour blocks for convenience and discount. Fax or Email Support Fax or Email is the best way to resolve non-critical issues and to provide background information for Telephone Support. Fax and Email Support is charged at $US37.50 per hour.
