Reselling caused too many issues when the end user was trying to register the provided
software.
Resellers
At SSW, we feel our reseller channel is critical to our success. If you decide to
become an authorized reseller with us, you would receive a substantial discount
on our web prices, free priority email and phone support.
The level of your discount is based on the volume of your sales. The more you sell,
the more you are rewarded with increased discounts. We desire to build a close and
loyal relationship with our authorized resellers.

What we expect from you
As an SSW reseller we expect that you will have the capability to follow up on the
leads that we provide, with phone calls, emails or both. We're in the relationship
building business and we expect that our resellers will adopt the same strategy
with our leads. SSW expects a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and we
encourage you to quote at the recommended retail price when selling SSW products
to customers.
Reseller Program Terms And Conditions
- SSW reserves the right to accept or decline Reseller Applications without explanation.
- SSW reserves the right to terminate a reseller's account at any time with immediate
effect and not pay the commission if it's found that reseller is exercising any
of the Improper Business Practices listed below.
- SSW reserves the right to change the rate of commission and/or the products included
in the scheme, although we will not do so without giving prior notice to existing
resellers.
Improper Business Practices
Any reseller activities considered by SSW as improper are subject to the withholding
reseller fees, termination of reseller account and legal prosecution to the maximum
extent possible under the law.
Improper activities include, but are not limited to:
- using unsolicited email (and/or spam) to promote Reseller's business or products
sold
- linking to SSW products from sites that contain sexually explicit or any indecent,
obscene or clearly offensive material, promote any illegal activity, promote violence
or discrimination
- providing customers with insufficient or misleading information about business,
products, trademarks or copyrights
- any other method of promotion which, in our judgment, is likely to bring SSW
into disrepute
Steps To Becoming A Reseller
As a reseller you are responsible for calling people who've downloaded SSW Products
in your region. We'll provide you with the contact list and you'll be responsible
for informing us of the customers feedback. Also we expect you to email us at the
beginning of each month outlining your objectives, goals and an estimate of sales
for the month. At the end of each week reports are to be emailed back to us with
the feedback from customers along with any sales made etc...
Please follow these steps to begin:
- STEP 1: Download the Product Download Follow Up

- STEP 2: Rehearse the script then when you feel confident with it make a follow up
call to SSW (+61 2 9953 3000) ask to speak with either the Project Manager or Marketing
Manager to show us you know the script (Inform us of any changes or suggestions
you have).
- STEP 3: After you've completed this please download all the
links to our products.
- STEP 4: Once you have all the links on your website,
email us with your URL pointing to where they are listed.
