<description2>
Joe Hardy first discovered the wonders of coding as a young impressionable 7 year old who came across a copy of the BASIC interpreter
on his copy of PC-DOS. And there was no going back. Now Joe focuses primarily on the .NET framework, ASP and SQL Server and
has considerable experience in website and application development, subsequently winning several awards in 2001
from the ABPA Bell Awards, such as the "Best Business Internet Site of the Year".
Joe strongly believes in developing a thorough plan from inception to facilitate defining and meeting system specifications.

Aside from programming, Joe has a strong interest in artistic expression. This is seen a little in the digital domain with his
forays into graphic design and sound engineering, but comes out most in musical output of various forms. Other things he enjoys on a regular
basis include hanging out with his friends and family, eating good food, reading a quality book and exploring and growing in the Christian
faith that he holds.

His favourite quote is Romans 8:38-39
