Note: Only check links that the MIME type is "text/html".

• Pages must have a TITLE tag and Descriptive Tags

• Documents should not contain "click here" to improve Google relevancy

• FONT tags must not be used

• Do not use META tags to redirect

• Do not use codebase or classid in Object tag

• Web pages should be less than 101 KB

• Windows must not be opened from a function that is called by the OnLoad event

• Use the correct symbols when documenting instructions

• URLs should be correctly cased for Google

• Specify shortcut icon "favicon.ico" at the site level

• Pages must reference a CSS stylesheet

• Rule Pages must not link to the same URL more than once

• Links for reading back through data should use "< Back" instead of "< Previous"

• Forms should not have Reset button

• Anchor name must not start with #

• Anchor names must be valid

• CSS stylesheets must have DocType to display accurately across all browsers

• No absolute paths or direct external links

• No email address in all web pages

• Pages must contain META description

• Pages must contain META keywords

• ASP/ASP.NET tags must not exist in plain HTML documents

• No UNC in HTML Link

• "Return to" links should not be used in inter-page navigation

• Should use <pre> to replace <code> to display code
