Foundation training and pilot
Your pilot group completes a practical half-day at your office with two SSW presenters: one leading the teaching, one mentoring attendees through the hands-on exercises so nobody gets left behind.
The group then applies Claude to real work and runs internal sessions. This reveals which habits stick and where the real bottlenecks are.

Check-in and Advanced build
We review the pilot results and plan the Advanced session. Two SSW presenters then work with your experienced users to build skills, prototype solutions and define practical implementation options.

Foundation Training is $5,200 + GST.
Advanced Training is $5,200 + GST.
The total for both tiers is $10,400 + GST, but either could be done separately if needed.
Each fee includes a half-day onsite session, dedicated preparation and two SSW presenters: one leading the teaching and one mentoring attendees through the hands-on work. Any additional consulting, development or implementation work can be scoped separately.
No coding experience is required. These sessions are designed for a mixed business audience and is suitable for finance, operations, leadership and technical team members. Claude Code is introduced so the group understands where it fits, but Foundation Training is not a software development course.
The advanced course introduces Vibe Coding, but this is doable by anyone.
Each training tier is delivered as a separate half-day onsite session.
Advanced Training is another half-day session, scheduled after the pilot group has applied the Foundation learning and completed a planning check-in with SSW.
Foundation Training is for pilot groups and people who are new to Claude or are still developing consistent working habits.
It is suitable for business, finance, operations and relevant technical team members.
Advanced Training is for experienced users who have already applied Claude to real work and can bring specific bottlenecks, workflows or solution ideas into the room.
The appropriate group size is confirmed during planning so participants receive useful support during the hands-on exercises.
That is the intent. Foundation Training gives everyone the same mental model for Chat, Cowork and Code, and the same safe-use boundaries.
Advanced Training turns the best of what your people discover into custom Claude skills, so a good workflow becomes company property rather than one person’s chat history.
The pilot group is chosen so they can carry that standard back into their own teams.
After Foundation Training, your team will have a shared understanding of Chat, Cowork and Code, practical prompting techniques, safe-use principles and a focused list of workflows to test.
After Advanced Training, your team may leave with custom Claude skills, working prototypes, documented use cases and clearer options for automation, integration, architecture and further implementation.
