G'day Developers! |
As many of you will be aware, Australia has adopted new anti-spam legislation.
As of April 10th the new legislation will come into effect, and make it illegal
to send someone a commercial email unless you know that the person has
consented to receiving it. Now this of course has huge ramifications for any
kind of business email communication, but the legislation does say that consent
can be implied. Implied consent can be that you have previously had a business
relationship with the recipient. We hope that you find our newsletter
informative and helpful, however if you would like to discontinue your
subscription please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this page.
Otherwise, read on!!

Combining Exchange Data, SQL Data and SQL Reporting Services. Come see a code
packed session that will show how to extend the out-of-the box features of
Reporting Services. Everyone who has an Exchange Server 2000/2003 should be
reporting on it but nobody does. Following this, we will explore the creation
of a real Reporting Services solution. You will learn about the important
issues of security, data access, rendering, and delivery. We will also discuss
the deployment issues of an application that requires Reporting Services.
Sample code is provided so you can use this useful solution.
In addition, following on in the theme of the previous day's Mobile Developer
Conference, Dr. Neil is going to present a couple of things that didnt make it
into this years MDC. This will include some Smartphone with location and
