An AI that greets your clients and employees
SSW SophieHub is a smart environment system that shows information based on the person it detects, so clients and employees have a better stay at your office. It covers upcoming meetings, the latest business activity, and useful statistics. Sophie can also help visitors find their way to the person they're meeting, and show everyday information like the weather forecast, recent social activity, and public holidays.

Sophie lives on a wall-mounted touch display where people arrive. She watches for a face she knows and changes what's on screen to suit whoever is standing in front of her.

Everything Sophie shows is reachable by hand too, so an employee can check what's on or find a colleague without signing in to anything.

Sophie reads the day's meetings for the person she recognises, so you walk in already knowing what's coming.

A client is greeted by name, told who they're meeting and how long they have to wait - without anyone at reception having to look it up.

Built to sit in a bright reception and be touched all day.

Setup takes about a week, charged at hourly rates. That covers installing the hardware and software, planning which of your internal systems to integrate with, and estimating those integrations. Contact us for pricing and a demo.
From hand-held devices to snap-on cameras on PCs, Intel® RealSense™ technology simplifies 3D scanning and helps capture 3D models. Sophie uses it to identify the person standing in front of her.

Microsoft Cognitive Services is a set of APIs used by Sophie. The Face API lets Sophie identify a person from an image, and show them their own information once she has.
Azure Service Bus makes Sophie highly scalable and extendable - many different modules talk to each other to enrich what the identified person sees.
