How does it relate to other Agile methodologies and will Scrum help when your team needs to deliver world class software on time and budget?
Yes, and in this session you will shown how Scrum works with:- The important concepts of Scrum and how it relates with other Agile techniques
- The features of Scrum to make it adaptable to your team, what types of projects it can be applied to and challenges that can arise
- Plus a couple of things that will maximize your productivity with Scrum in practice
