This Release Plan allows you to prioritize/exclude/delay items depending on your requirements. Any additional requests after this Release Plan is confirmed will be added into future releases. If there are any problems let me know as soon as possible.

This work will be conducted according to our Standard Terms & Conditions. These can be viewed at http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/Company/TermsConditions.aspx. The above are estimates only. This is not a fixed price contract. Work is conducted on a time & materials basis.

A version will be delivered for testing by you when the above incidents have been completed.

Note: we will not be working on any extra features except what is in the release plan, any additional requests or tasks not covered in this release plan will be deferred to the later release(s). The exceptions are:

  • Known bugs, we consider them part of the current release, and we'll be doing our best to eliminate them.
  • Anything that is requested by the client with "Must be in this release", bear in mind that the total time for this current release will increase corresponding to the time that this additional task will take.
  • Any small thing that the developer has judged to be easy to do (like fixing a typo, re-organize the GUI, etc), generally tasks that the developer is confident to get done within a very short period of time (less than 30mins), the developer is free to choose not to do anything that may take too much time.
