Special .NET UG Monday 22nd April

This Monday, 22nd April, Ken Getz, in Australia to speak at VSLive! will be discussing managing Session State in ASP.NET Applications + Free Pizza!

Ken GetzOne of the biggest hurdles facing traditional ASP developers was the issue of state management: how do you keep track of information as you moved from page to page-or posted back to the same page? Now, the ASP.NET page framework takes care of state management for you, and provides simple-to-use, simple-to-manage, scalable, understandable options for managing state. Attend this session and learn when to use cookies or not, how to take advantage of the ASP.NET out-of-process state server, and how to use SQL Server to manage state for you. Every ASP.NET developer must understand the state management options, and this is a good place to start.

This User Group meeting will be held on Monday 22nd April at 5:45 PM at Microsoft, 1 Epping Road. RSVP essential!

Who is Ken Getz? - Ken Getz is a recognised authority on VB and VB.NET. He has written many books and spoken at countless conferences. He spoke last year at the March Sydney User Group and was extremely well received. Don't miss out! RSVP NOW!

Sorry I'm not interested in Free Pizza
