Total Access Analyzer 2002
You shouldn't develop any Microsoft Access program without this utility.
Total Access Analyzer is the world's premier database analysis and documentation
program for Microsoft Access. It analyzes all database objects to provide extensive
documentation, cross-reference, application and flow diagrams, and over 295 presentation-quality
reports. It also detects over 100 types of errors, suggestions, and performance tips, so you can
improve your applications.
The only thing I wish is that it should be interactive and have a standalone exe.

SSW Data Renovator
Many times I need to compare backend versions of two databases, compares two mdb files, or
optionally move the data from the old database to the new database. Using SSW Data Renovator
has saved us thousand of hours.
Use SSW Data Renovator instead of documenting and remembering changes made
to your back end data structure. It analyzes your database and works out the
differences. Even if you don't have access to the current back end structure
you can have the differences written to a table.

Find & Replace
Find and Replace 9.0 is an add-in utility for Microsoft Access 2000 and 2002 (XP).
It provides a "Find and Replace" function for Tables (searching design elements such
as field names, not the data in the table), Queries, Forms, Reports, Macros, and
Modules (Access only provides Find and Replace for Modules/CBF). Find And Replace
can be used to change names of objects through the entire database (as compared to
Access itself which provides minimal built-in name change propagation). In addition
to facilitating name changes it has other uses, such as: a) changing the path in the
connect string for attached tables (search for old path, replace with new; attachment
gets refreshed) and b) searching for occurrences of a given function to enable you to
change the parameters. The intended user of this module is a programmer. Additional
features, available only to registered users, include a cross-reference report and
set property wizard.

SSW Upsizing PRO!
We don't like developing a database that may have problems moving into SQL Server,
this is a utility that will tell you things you shouldn't have in your mdb table structure
so that the access database can easily be upgraded to SQL Server.
This utility does the checking of your database that the 'Microsoft Upsizing Wizard' should have done.
After you use the generated reports, you can upsize to SQL Server without any worries.
SSW Upsizing PRO! checks your Microsoft Access 97/2000* database and helps you to get it ready for
the Microsoft Access 'Upsizing Wizard'.
