Penny is the SSW State Manager for Queensland, based in Brisbane, and the friendly face of SSW Recruitment. She is also a strong supporter of the SSW Internship program, helping identify great talent and giving new team members a warm, personal start at SSW. Penny has played an important role in mentoring young developers, many of whom have gone on to build thriving careers in tech.

Known for her positive energy, people skills, and leadership, Penny brings strategic thinking and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Penny is a certified Scrum Master. She has also completed the Women in Technology Leadership Program.
